By accessing, browsing, creating an account, subscribing to Premium Membership, publishing music, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all other policies published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue the use of the Platform.

StarStudio is an online music streaming platform operated as a Sole Proprietorship. The Platform enables users to discover and stream original music while providing a space to publish and showcase original audio content.

- Artist Profiles

- Playlists
- Music Publishing
- User Accounts
- Artist Accounts
- Premium Membership Plans
We may introduce new features and services from time to time.
- Eligibility
By using StarStudio, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- You will keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- User Accounts
Certain features of StarStudio require registration.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account.
- Protecting your password.
- All activities performed through your account.
You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
- Music Streaming
StarStudio grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream music available on the Platform for personal and non-commercial use only.
Users may not:
- Download content without authorization (except where expressly permitted, such as Star Tunes under applicable Premium plans).
- Redistribute, share, or publicly perform streamed content.
- Record, reproduce, or copy music unlawfully.
- Circumvent security, licensing, or technical protection measures.
- Artist Accounts & Content
Currently, all music, songs, podcasts, videos, and background music (Star Tunes) available on StarStudio are original works created and owned by the proprietor of StarStudio (operating as a Sole Proprietorship).
Certain artist names and associated YouTube channels displayed on the Platform represent the original content created by the proprietor and are shown for organizational and presentation purposes only.
In the future, if independent artists are permitted to upload content, they shall be solely responsible for ensuring that they own the necessary rights or have obtained proper licenses. StarStudio reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- Premium Membership
StarStudio offers Premium Membership plans that provide additional features and benefits such as ad-free listening, higher audio quality, and other exclusive features.
Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a Premium Membership, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.
- Intellectual Property
All Platform content including:
- Website design
- Logo and branding
- Source code
- User Interface
- Graphics and icons
- Databases
belongs to StarStudio or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
All original music, songs, podcasts, videos, and Star Tunes currently available on the Platform are owned by the proprietor of StarStudio. Artists (if onboarded in future) shall retain ownership of their original works, subject to the limited license granted to StarStudio to host, stream, and display such content on the Platform.
- Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Upload copyrighted content without proper permission or license.
- Create fake or multiple accounts to abuse the Platform.
- Misrepresent identity or provide false information.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Platform.
- Interfere with Platform security, performance, or availability.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, without prior notice.
- Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or payment providers.
StarStudio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by third parties. Users should review the policies of such third-party services before using them.
- Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable services, StarStudio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms.
- Infringes copyrights or intellectual property rights.
- Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
- Compromises the security or integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any Premium benefits will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Etah, Uttar Pradesh, India.
